Sportsbooks 'more convenient' for today's gamblers

Sportsbook users are enjoying a better service than ever, despite the beliefs of old-timers, an expert has argued.
Station Casinos executive Art Manteris explained to the Las Vegas Sun that not enough credit is given to today's sportsbooks and that they are much more professional now than they used to be.
For gambling operators, sportsbooks are big business and a number of venues made Sky 3's top ten list of Las Vegas casinos based on the quality of their sports betting services.
The main reasons why the current system is better, Manteris suggested, is because gambling is now much more convenient and there has been an increase in choice for the punters.
"I understand the feelings people have toward [the 1970s and 1980s]. I was part of it. I was there," he commented.
"But there is a pro side to today's world that is underreported, in my opinion."
