Harrah's has announced the schedule for the fourth season of the World Series of Poker (WSOP) Circuit and this time it's going to be bigger than ever.
Instead of the usual 11 tournament stops, this season will see 12 events at nine Harrah's casinos across the US.
"Strong customer demand prompted us to add another event to the Circuit schedule," explained WSOP commissioner Jeffrey Pollack. "Each event brings the thrills and excitement of the WSOP to poker players at the local and regional level."
Each event in the circuit will be a $5,000 buy-in No-Limit Hold'em game and will offer all final table winners the prize of a seat in 2008's WSOP Main Event in Las Vegas. Poorer poker fans can try their hand at lower- priced satellites, where they can also win seats in big poker tournaments.
The action from the 2007-08 World Series of Poker Circuit kicks off on August 29th and the final table action will be covered live from November 2nd when play starts at Caesars Indiana.
The Circuit will include stops at many renowned Harrah's establishments, including Harrah's in New Orleans and Atlantic City as well as Caesars in Atlantic City and Las Vegas.
