Tony Cascarino was born in September 1962 and is a well known footballer who had a career both in Britain and France as well as representing his country, the Republic of Ireland, at international level. Cascarino as a footballer started his career at Gillingham in 1982, moved on to Millwall and then to Aston Villa, Celtic and Chelsea. He also represented Olympique de Marseille and Nancy in France where many believe he had his most successful period in football.
