Guaranteed not to snow? uh..

Its unlikely yes but due to these freezing conditions I have had to drive in all week I would not be surprised if it did snow a little.

That's because you now nothing about how the weather works.

You only have to go up a few hundred metres and the temperature is well above freezing right up to around 40k feet. Yes it's freezing at ground level but that's because of the fog and something called evapourative cooling. There is absolutely no chance of snow falling on London this Xmas day
