Hmm I'm not sure I want to risk my Vchips. I might just steadily accumulate them until I've got enough, though I do have some bets on Champions League outright winner I think.

it is my understanding that the vBookie script will pay out at whatever the current odds are.

Therefore I will update the odds the day before I pay it out :P

Hi Scott

The vBookie script pays out at whatever odds you placed your bet at, and not the current odds when the bet is settled. This allows you to have proper moving markets like a real bookmaker, but also means there can be a problem if the odds remain artificially high when the field has narrowed.

e.g. if you look at this thread you'll see the different odds that people have got their money on the event at.

It can be a hassle to continually update knock-out events with the latest odds, so it might be better to just close these types of events?

I will add some more events on sunday/monday again for next weekends stuff incase anyone was wondering why there have not been any for a couple of weeks
