vChips and vBookie Explained
vChips
vChips are the Forum Currency, which you can earn by making posts as follows: Starting a New Thread Each time you make a new thread you earn 5 vChips Replying to a Thread Each time you reply to a thread you earn 2 vChips Others There are also other ways you can earn vChips, i.e. receiving donations from other users, winning bets using the vBookie and more! vBookie From time to time, a moderator will post a betting event. If you correctly guess the outcome, you can win vChips based on the odds and the amount you staked - just like a real bookie! What can I spend my vChips on? Currently you may use your vChips to add various cool effects to your username, create sticky threads, and make donations to other users. However, very soon we'll be introducing other items such as real packs of playing cards and poker chips! 28/01/2005 - Added Poker.co.uk T-shirts @ 500 vChips. 10/11/2005 - Added Poker.co.uk Playing Cards @ 200 vChips 10/12/2005 - Added Poker.co.uk $5 Free cash @ 500 vChips.
