Cashing in vchips

Does anyone know how long it takes for vchip purchases to come through?

For instance, i cashed in 500 vchips for $5 on poker.co.uk a few days ago and it still isnt showing.

pm gambler.. he was busy playing in a tourney yesterday but had his laptop on him and added $5 for me too (as the tesco ad says.. every little helps)...
