Perhaps something like this could be run on the first Thursday of every month rather than weekly?

Ive been busy most Thursdays but I tried to play the game when the £200 GCBPT event was on and only 7 registered so it got cancelled which was a shame.

lol, I didn't forget. I was on holiday, and was hoping someone else would post about it. I did put it on the Calendar before I left, and mentioned here that they were 'every week'.

I think most people look here for notices rather than on the software, plus everyone had been away at the Gala the previous week so was out of the habit. I'm sure if you post it, they will come...
