(When I first read it though I thought you meant more than 500pts over a whole month and thought that's a bit easy!)

I like it. Would be nice to see ANY points over 500 counted rather than just 1sts, though. Heads-up is pretty much a coin-toss.

(Wouldn't help in Bath, as 2nd place hasn't earned over 500 points in a long time, but it might help encourage more play all the same.)

I agree i think that points over 500 should go towards your points total, whether you are first or 2nd etc

seriously though, i hope you haven't lowered the bar with the new points situation. I quite like the idea of a hard graft for the rewards. Will you be able to cope with the delivery order when we all get our gold medals, caps and t shirts?

It's certainly going to be hard graft in Bath - unless it does attract lots more players, 600 points is going to be 8-9 wins at typical field sizes, since 2nd here almost never gets 500 pts.
