Lightbulb Anybody Feel Like A Change For A Month

A fair few of the Bath regulars were musing the last few nights and came up with something we thought we would get some reaction to, how about changing the game for a month to put some oommfff back in the game. Done get me wrong hold-em is a fantastic game but after two years of play we thought how about a change. You know just a month's play, but playing OMAHA HI. Reactions please.

I think it would deter lots of people from playing.

It might be fun to have one venue organise a monthly Omaha night where points are awarded, but I think the entire league doing it is a bit too much.

I take your point about detering some players, but aren't some of the best players able to play a variety of games well and whenever they feel like it. Take for instance Sam Farha, he placed top 3 at the WSOP main event, but he is most known for being a omaha and Horse player. I just feel it's good to mix up your game every so often.

This is a pub league! Most of the player's struggle playing hold'em. But a one off game of omaha would be a good idea!
