Regions Cup is Back!

Same format as last year 8 Teams from various Regions compete to find the best Region!

Live Poker League All Star Team!
Bristol
Bath
Gloucester
Cheltenham
Yate & Chipping Sodbury
Swindon
Manchester Team?

Possible Date & Venue will be the Bush Pub in Bristol First Sunday in December.

**Please note as we have more regions this year there will only be ONE team per Region

October leaderboard will decide the teams with possible reserves, so if you end up in the top 10 of the October leaderboard you will have first choice over other team players!, if players cannot attend then other players outside of the top 10 can be brought in as long as all top 10players have been asked!

I personally dont think this is the best way for you to select any team to represent their region just because they came in top 10!
As most people have more higher commitments with jobs and children etc instead of i.e 7 day a week poker! So for all the other great players with these commitments i personally believe you should decide who plays for each region going on the Average Scores (as this will chose the better players for each region) and also gives everyone a fair chance...

Thats a fair point angela if we ran such a scheme we would have to have minimum games played in a month around 8?

• Top seven averages (minimum played 8 games)qualify *includes 2 reserves

This does seem alot fairer an the poker team for each region will have more chance by playing your average scoreres too. thanks Mike
