Default WSOP Final rules

Can we have comprehensive rules for the final published for all to see to stop the possibility of any arguments?

I'm thinking along the lines of decision time limits, how long to give an absent player before cards are mucked, clear rules regarding bum deals, any rules regarding table behaviour.

Also, what was the final decision on starting chips and blind structure?

Regarding the rules we will follow the normal LPL nightly game rules, and also using as a guide line the roberts rules of poker.

Which you can find here http://www.lasvegasvegas.com/pdf/RobertsRules.pdf

Quote:
how long to give an absent player before cards are mucked
If a player is not sat at the table when the second card is dealt the hand is mucked

Quote:
clear rules regarding bum deals
If a card is exposed and it is not within the first two cards dealt then the deal continues and the burn card replaces the exposed card.

any rules regarding table behaviour.
Refer to the robert rules of poker

Also their will be a pit boss at hand throughout the day who will answer any disputes.

Stacking stack will be 7,500 and the blind layout has already been discuss but not finalised just yet.

Default My thoughts

As the major prize for this is a seat at WSOP, why not make the rules, structure, etc etc as close to how WSOP do it as possible?

If WSOP takes three days to complete then just use their blind structure but divide the time by 3???

Just a thought.

Dru.

Very good point. I've seen chaos at some of these poker games and it's not pretty.
