Mike, I know you replied in another thread about making sure 8 players are available for each team.
The above "A" team has 2 definites that can't make the final. Does this result in people who are below them moving up and therefore moving into the "A" team? This would mean the "B" team captain would change too and the reserves moving into team B. Or Do the captains stay the same as above and they choose from the reserves who fills any vacant spaces?
