League changes to the Bristol & South West

Bristol & South West will no longer be one league!

At the start of September the Bristol & South West will be separated into Regions, because of the way the league has grown over the year we are now able to separate each town instead of playing under one banner.

I believe this will make the league much stronger and will finally put an end to the arguements of some areas having more games than others, but more importantly i will be able to expand the league alot more freely than before.

Each region will now have a separate leader board, where the top players from each region will move to the Finals.
So for the WSOP promotion we are going to allow the top 15 from each region to qualify, but also the next 15 who just miss out will be able to qualify via a regional final.

This actually wont effect the Manchester League at all, it will continue under the umbrella of the one league.

I really believe that this will move the league forward to make it much stronger and a fairer league to play in.

Also to clarify players can play in other regions, but your points will only go to the region that you are playing in: so if a Bristol Player travels over to Bath to play, his points will go in the Bath region not back to his own region which would be Bristol.
