Question Finals Prizes

Hello Mike,

Had a look at the prizes for the Bristol and Manchester finals last month, and the Bristol league seems to be getting a slightly better standard of prizes. Are you looking at rectifying this so they are consistent for both leagues, as at the Manchester finals last month, there were more players attending than at the Bristol league, meaning it harder to win the prizes on offer.

Replies appreciated

First of all you have to understand that Bristol has been running a while longer than Manchester, and that the prizes at the start reflected what Manchester are recieving now.
The Sponsor asked that to move up to the same level as the Bristol & South West the Manchester area must have a minimum of 500 members and at least 10 venues. (this is what Bristol needed to move up)
The summer months have seen the Manchester area grow a lot slower that i had first thought, i expected to be at least around 12 -15 venues running in Manchester. but we are addressing the situation.

We will be having some great news very shortly about a special annivesary promotion which will involve both leagues.

Cheers
Mike
