Default Final Say....

Time to close this chapter of the book.....

Over the last couple of weeks i feel that a lot of things have been said regarding the Rival League, and the situation had got out of hand

Today i rang John Lawson regarding the situation over the past few days and we had a civil conversation on the wrongs and rights of what has been said. and i think both of us got our points across.

John & Julie of the Fire Engine did a great job hosting events over the past 5/6 months they became the most popular pub in Bristol, and this was down there hard work and the friendly nature of the pub which made the poker a great success....

Two Poker leagues in Bristol can survive and Business is Business even though i might not like it ..i have to carry on and make my business stronger.
This has already been said but for the poker players of Bristol competition is not always a bad thing.

I have known John for a while now and have always enjoyed playing poker at his house, in fact the first event i attended with the meetup group was at Johns House,( he might have even took all my money) he always made me feel welcome and we had a good laugh ..best friends i guess not but if someone asked me if John was a friend i would like to think the answer would of been yes.

John was always a big part of the Bristol meetup group always hosting and organising events for the group..and even though i haven't seen him post on the group for a while i hope he feels that because of this situation he is no longer wanted at the group which would be a shame...i hope John continues to post and that people move on you never no 6 months down the line if he hosted an event i might just turn up to try and get my money back!

Me and John have now shook hands and will now go our seperate ways, and i hope now that other people can let this go as well, any negative posts about the rival league will be removed and the poster warned.

Have a good weekend
Mike
