Self control is a personal skill that no casino can accept

I'm seeking fellow gamblers to support me in my conquest of developing self control as a proven ally against the casino. If you have developed a discipline to applied gambling, then please, share it here and with us all.

I know that whenever i have made money gambling online, that behind the scenes serious composure and self discipline is at work.

Then when it all goes wrong and against me, it seems that after closer observation, that my own mistakes are to blame, and that by not paying attention, i have fell on my own sword.

I am left with the conclusion, that self discipline against other gamblers and casinos is a valueable component when attempting to win more than the average player.
