collecting winnings

hi, this is my first post, sorry if its in the wrong place.

i recently opened an account with kerching.com and won £140 . i withdrew the money last friday and still havent received my winnings (5 days later). i emailed them and they said that it was processed on the friday, and that the bank may take a few days to process it.

does anyone know how long it takes? i bank with halifax

3 to 4 banking days. Maybe it got delayed. and when i say banking days, its Monday to Friday, at some instance Monday to Saturday.
