i started fruit machines when i was 11 at blackpool but had been playing other types as mchiens as oon as i could reach the, eg, horse racing/car racing in the arcades with the glass domes, u know the type . my true luv was pinball at the time tho.

fruities had £1 jackpots in tokons then, first ones didnt even have a nudge then u got 3 nudges wow. tiny hold buttons and a lver in the centre of the front panel to start it.

First time I ever played a fruitmachine was when my parents took me to Paignton.

It was a 2p machine, but was broken, and when you put 2p in you got 10 spins instead of 1. I cleaned the machine out (about 2 quid) and when the final payout just chugged the machine I asked a security guy to help me claim my lost funds. I got thrown out. I was about 8.
