One could just as easily refer to a Wikipedia entry on roulette that says there's a way to beat it which includes being very lucky.

I wrote the Wikipedia entry you are referring to: primary colours, marsupials, birds, and women all being specialist subjects.

The art-based view of primary colours is even more medieval than the light-based view. It's akin to thinking the world is still flat.

As for the triangle you stated there is no such thing as a triangle with more than 180 degress, when as any fule kno, there clearly is. That's not from wikipedia, though I did google for it to help with the phrasing.

I don't believe there is a working roulette system currently in existence, but I'm also not sure if it would be impossible to create one. After all, blackjack was considered unbeatable until the card counting systems were invented.

Anyways cant be assed to read the whole thread so thought I would just summerise..

This system can be ok for a quick profit but play it too long and you will get fleeced.

Id only recommend it if you have the cash to backup big losing streaks a few wrong calls on the trot and you will need a lot of cash to place down.

If you hit table maximum dont worry just dont bet red/black straight up just divide your required amount by 17 and put it on the numbers of that colour but do it quickly.

Why only 17? What if the 18th Black or Red dropped in?

I haven't read it all either, but referring to the original post & the table limit problem:
Just wait until a colour has hit 10 times before you start betting - then it's very unlikely you will reach the table limit before the opposite colour hits.
When it does - go & have a shave - you'll need one after standing by that table all those hours!

Personally I've seen Red spun 23 times in a row twice - Once online and once at a live casino.
Great if you were betting with the run but disastrous if you were betting against it.


Not only do the stakes rise pretty rapidly with the Martingale progression but you also have the dreaded zero against you with every spin!

There is a way to win with Red/Black though even with the dreaded zero.

My view is that there is no way to guarantee you will win at roulette .Using probability theory you could come close.How can you predict any future event with certainty ,except for the usual suspects-death and government taxes!
Some bets are to be avoided, such as betting on two adjacent dozens.Say you are betting two fivers on the first and second dozens.Much better to put 3 fivers on LOw (1-1 and one fiver on the sixline 19-24.Betting those two dozens you would lose your whole but involving the LOw bet you would save roughly a third of you stake.Thus, if you hit three zeros you would save a full stake +.Every little helps!
