Default not being allowed to cash out

hello guys, i have a problem with a certain sportsbetting website and dont know how to cashout without turning to legal action. could you guys help? the situation is i just made an account a few weeks ago at bwin.com and deposited 5000 euros. i was able to win 100 euros but because they only allow bets under 1000 euros i wanted to cashout a part of my balance. now registering and depositing was easy, no problems whatsoever but bwin doesnt allow me to cash out. after i wanted to cash out 4500 they closed my account. i now had to send not only a copy of my id, but also a bank statement and a utility bill to prove my address. i sent them the id, and a copy of my bank statement and a copy of my address on the bank statement. and then called bwin, the woman who answered was very uncooperative and said the bank statement and id were okay but that i had to send a copy of a utility bill. but i dont have a utility bill. what can i do to cashout? should i sue them (i've never sued someone before does it cost alot of money?) i hope that maybe you know what to do, could you please help?

I do not deal with them but some books says your money must be in for a certain amount of time or you might have to meet certains roll overs to cash out. I would contact who ever you signed up through and get them to help you. Thats what I do with my guys who sign up under my packages
