I would think you would need a deeper bankroll than just 100 points worth. I'd imagine 1000pts would be more sensible. 100pts wouldn't even cover a bad day.

An example being if you lay a horse at 3.0 for £10 and it loses then you get £10 less 5% commision for betfair meaning you actually get £9.50, if the horse wins the race you would lose £20, you would not pay commission on any losing bets however.

Surely you aren't still on 5% commission?

Not everyone can afford to lay out £1,000 for either laying or back a system, £200 or 200pts is much more managble for a lot of people, winnings and losses are pro-rata.

No you are right but as anyone who started to follow me recently would be on 5% comission, hence the reason I am using 5%, it just seems fairer that way and easier for newbies to understand.

So 73.35pts down on the month so far.

It'll be interesting to keep a running total.

We had another small loss yesterday, however with the new filters in place I think we can once again begin to make a profit, and start the long climb to get back in the black.

Do remember to follow the recommended points stakes, and DO NOT LAY OVER 6.0 TODAY

15:45 Wolv Lay to win 8pts Diamond Laura

16:45 Wolv Lay to win 10pts Red Cadeaux

18:50 Utto Lay to win 1pt Charmahal

19:50 Utto Lay to win 10pts Any Given Day
