I have come across a 10 min free betting guide by these guys at frontline lay, you just sign up with your name and email and it gets sent out for free. Seems pretty genuine.

There is no such thing as a good betting system...what works for you it might not work for the others. It takes quite a bit of time, patience and money to try and see what works better for you.

I think the best way to bet is to limit your losses and let your winnings ride when your hot. This was how i did it as a daytrader which isnt that far off from sports betting. It takes time and some money to get through the learning curve and most of all you need to keep your emotions in check.

Use Google and search centsports.
It's a good website for beginners and it gives you your first 10 cents for free. I made a small review on the forum that you might check out for yourself. Remember nothing is safe and less when dealing with money.

Matched betting would be the system you want. Its risk free and you dont have to be a mathematician to do it. There are plenty of resources on it just by googleing something like "matched betting free bets".

Couple of guys I knew from Australia had a 'system' that sounded simple enough - they would double their stake every time they lost... the idea being that over time, given the law of averages, you'd expect to win the odd race, even if you were picking blind with a pin.

Needed a bit of cash in the bank to start with but they made themselves rich.

Start the day with £40 and then keep gambling until you have £20, then walk away.

There is the old betfair system of laying against the draw and then backing the draw in running when one team goes in front. Obviously you'd need to do a covering bet on the 0-0 draw. Its good for a while... might make you £20 a day for a while at least...
