Default How you pick em

I am curious to know how each of you decides which horses you are going to go with for a race and if you ever change horses at any time. Have you bet on more than one horse in a race.

I tend to use the racing posts website and look at the tips, but also look at the recent form. Horses like people seem to get a confidence factor, so when they have been winning or at least close to winning they seem to win more IMHO. I also pay attanetion to the moey going on particular horses close to the off. that seems to have a bearing in many races.

Form is important I'd agree, but you'll never get big priced winners using form because everyone can see a horse has ran well on his few rund.

Personally, I prefer stats as I can find some big priced selections and they're big prices because everyone else is focusing on the form and not the more important factors IMO

It takes years and loasds of money lost to get any good at horse racing and if you are relatively new, just take up poker
