outright is probably between brazil argentina italy germany and possibly england as usual
for top goalscorer the best way to do this is look for the groups with the biggest whipping boys in.....ie we got trinidad who are awful.....and who will get to at least the semi finals, then see which team has a main man or a shared strikeforce, with us you would say owen is the main man (if he plays) but not prolific, we get goals from midfield, corners etc so theres a lot of players on 1 or 2 goals, not 1 on 4 or 5
i've not really studied the other teams properly but i dont think the top scorer will be from brazil or england, germany have a very weak group and if they play with one main striker thats who my money would be on as it stands so far

Top scorer: ronaldinho or rooney @ 16/1

i think youve missed someone,PORTUGUL -theyve got quite a young side,who were beaten in the final by greece (euro) bar a decent bet on england ill be laying a few quid on themi hope the germans get hammered

Can't go far wrong with Ronaldinho and Brazil. Sad to say but can't see England doing it.
