Tennessee Tech vs. Samford,Take Samford Bulldogs
Samford cruised in its first round game against Tennessee St. while Tennessee Tech struggled at home to take out Austin Peay. The Golden Eagles were fortunate to score the final six points in the game to pull out a close win. They will now be facing the Bulldogs who will be looking for some payback after losing to Tennessee Tech at home back in January. The Golden Eagles are 11-9 in their last 20 games and are currently on a three-game road losing skid.
Samford meanwhile has won 16 of its last 22 games as it leads the league and ranks among the nation's top shooting squads as the Bulldogs are fifth in the nation in three-pointers per game (9.6 per game) while ranking 7th in three-point shooting at 40.5 percent and 15th overall at 48.5 percent. The Bulldogs are 4th in the conference in free throw shooting at 73.2 percent while the Golden Eagles are shooting just 69.3 percent to rank 8th.
As a team, the Bulldogs are averaging just 11 turnovers per game, fifth-best in the country and they have an assist/turnover ratio of 1.387 which is 6th in the nation. Tennessee Tech is well under that with a 0.788 ratio and that dips even further on the road. Samford’s ratio also decreases away from home but it still remains over 1.000 which is very important. The Golden Eagles are committing 15.9 turnovers per game which is the 2nd worst amount in the conference.
Tennessee tech is shooting only 38.6 percent over its last five games including a horrible 27.6 percent from long range. That does not bode well going up against a Bulldogs defense that has allowed only 57.4 ppg over that same span. The defense has been solid all season and has been equally impressive on the road. Samford allows just 59.4 ppg away from home which compares to 77.6 ppg that Golden Eagles are allowing. Samford takes advantage of a very shot line on Friday. Play Samford Bulldogs One Unit

North Texas vs. Arkansas - Little Rock, Take North Texas Eagles
At 6 pm, our complimentary selection is on the North Texas Eagles over Arkansas Little Rock, as North Texas falls into a system that's 32-12 ATS since 2000. What we want to do is play on any team with same season revenge in the round BEFORE the quarterfinal round, if it's matched up against a foe off back to back losses. Lay the points. Good luck, as always...
