Certainly we like playing the hot teams down the stretch, and Detroit absolutely qualifies, winning 4 of their final 5 including the buzzer beater against Butler. Meanwhile, Cleveland State is the mirror opposite, losing 8 of their final 10 and can't have much confidence entering the Horizon League Tournament where they hold an all time 3-10 ledger.

The important thing to remember here is that the home team in this series is a perfect 6-0 SU & ATS L6. That's huge in a conference tournament which is played on the home courts of the lower seeds.

In this case, Detroit is a stellar 12-1 on this floor while Cleveland State has struggled to a meagher 4-7 record away from home.
