problem wtih fruit machine

I just get a machine in a fairground. Above is marked carnival casino cintas. and my concern is that it seems to be in demo mode.
I had a moment to look at everything in vain.
I tested the motherboard battery that gives me much its 3v.
Door contact OK, everything seems to come on but the chips / pieces falls directly in the tray and the arm of the machine Do not touch any roll.
I have the text "Amusement Only" displayed at the top, is this the brand or the fact that the machine is in Demo mode?
