Help with Extreme 'Jolly Roger' £25 Jackpot

As the title of the thread says, I have a Jolly Roger machine made by extreme £25 jackpot.

Anyway, all the coins I put in including £1 coins go straight to the bottom and not into the hopper. I know the hopper is nowhere near full so im unsure whats going on.

I have all the keys but no knowledge of fruit machines so any help would be appreciated.

If you have reset hopper all money will go to bottom until it has paid out then it should go back in hopper until it has taken in what it has paid out.
