Bobby Dazzler Reel 3 err 23 Help !

Hi everyone,

I was registered on this site a few months back but forgot my username so have re-registered

Wonder if anyone can help, I was playing my bobby dazzler fruit machine earlier with the door open so free play, I held down the cancel button and was nudging the reels as to have a win and get me on the board when all of a sudden reel 3 werent responding, so restarted the machine and get an err23 reel 3 message, i swapped reel 2 with reel 3 and reel 2 gave me the error which leads me to think it is the reel.

Just wondered if anyone can give me some advice

From what you are saying I would say for defo. you need a new reel, especially as you have swapped them & the fault swapped position. Check the reel carefully & make sure both the sensor & sensor tab (the most likely cause) are both securely in place. If in any doubt, take a couple of close up photos of the faulty reel, post theme here & I will try to see the fault but I say the chances are the reel tab has come off.

Many thanks for the reply, I will get pics up tomorrow but I am thinking it is the reel as well.

Dont suppose anyone know's where I can get a secondhand reel from ?

Here are some pics, hopefully the pics are good enough, also noticed that the wheel is out of line to the other 2, where 2 cherry's are on the win line with reel 1 and 2, the 3rd reel is in the middle

I just cant understand with what I colours I should paint and what are the exact brushes
Would anyone be so kind to send me the photo of the order? I cant get even 1 star for colours
