barcrest help

i have just brought a barcrest fruit machine its called calamari its a 4 reel club it works fine on free play but when i put it on normal play it comes up with a obstruction alarm i have taken the hopper out and its fine any ideas.

Try changing the power supply, but make sure you carefully check that you are using EXACTLY the same power supply as Barcrest used some slightly different power supplies at about the time this machine was made.
