psycho cash beast help

Hi there im having a problem with my psycho cash beast machine. I have no idea how to empty out the £1 coins and now when I put in 50p's for some reason they are getting stuck instead of emptying into the tray. Can anyone help me with this problem please as I don't know where the 50p's are going when i insert them. Any help would be much appreciated. thankyou.

What to do is remove the hopper assembly from the machine. It is very easy to do. It just slides straight out. You can then empty your hopper by turning the whole assembly upside down. You will probably find all your missing 50p coins in there as well. Hope this helps. You can also empty the pound coin hopper by putting the machine into test no.1.

Where do I find the hopper to slide out? im sorry I have no idea what it even looks like lol. also how do i enter test 1? thanks.

Open the top door. The hopper assembly is at the right hand side. You just pull a little silver button to slide the whole thing out. To enter test, press the RED button located on the main board game card. It says "test button".
