I have been playing my fruit machine for several weeks now and now it won't accept any coins, just spits them straight back out! I have tried putting in all size of coin, spat everyone of them back out. Any ideas on this please??
Thank You.
Would this be the High Spirits machine? And WAS the machine originally taking coins but suddenly stopped?
I suggest you take out the coin mech. (switch machine off first) and give it a good clean with a damp then a dry cloth. Also check nothing is jammed in the coin mech.

Hi again. Yes this is my Hi spirits Global club machine. It did suddenly stop taking coins, upon opening it, i noticed that there is a build up of silver coins that don't seem to be going anywhere. I can get them out by hand, but then will the machine think it has more money than it has actually got? and why are they storing there in the first place? Nothing seems to be blocking the coin mech as the coins i insert slide straight through into the tray.
I am new to this, so sorry for all the questions, still learning! I really appreciate your help.
Thank you!
You defo. have a coin jam in your coin mech. Also it sounds as if there may be a problem with either your seperator or more than likely your routing plug.
By the way, which part of the country are you from?

I am in Derby, midlands. As i am a novice, i don't want to start messing with the pieces on the inside encase i do it wrong. You obviously know what your talking about so was wandering if you could direct message me your mobile number or e-mail address? I will take photos of the inside, where the coins are gathered etc and send them to you, perhaps then you could tell what to do to fix it? No worries if not, i appreciate it maybe a long winded process & take up your time. I guess at some point i will have to mess with the components inside!!
Thanks Alot.

Have just looked at your pictures and I advise the following:
1. With machine switched off, gently lift out the whole coin mechanisim. It should remain connected to the machine by two leads. One lead has lots of black wires going into a plug and the other lead should have 2 wires (black & green) going into a smaller plug.
2. It is very important that this smaller plug is plugged in to the correct socket on the coin mech.
3. Also make sure the hopper assembly is in the correct position.
If possible could you lift out the coin mech. WITHOUT DISCONNECTING IT and send me a photo showing the leads plugged into the coin mech. (just lift up coin mech to remove & place it inside the machine on top of the hopper to take picture)
Also when the mech. is out please also send me a picture or two of the hopper assembly so I can see it is in properly.
Could you also take a clear picture showing the bit which you say is unplugged but can not work out where to plug in.
Cheers, Steve@johnnysamusements.

Got pictures. What I think the problem is that the top of the hopper assembly does not look as it should. It looks as if someone has replaced this part at some point. Please can you take another 2 or 3 pictures from different angles of the whole hopper assembly so I can see the full picture. And as far as picture one goes, do not worry. The white thing you see hanging is a bulb holder which is not used with the type of coin mech. your machine has fitted. You have a C435. This bulbholder is used with a Mars type mech. I will await further pictures.
