The forum looks great - good luck with it!
I was a fruit-machine addict for about 25-years, but once the games started getting to really silly money (around the £35 jackpot era) and I discovered online gaming instead, I kicked it to the curb.
I do still have the occasional "dabble" in my local sea-front arcades - but nothing like I used too!

by me in the south west we have had b3 with a RTP% of between 90-96. the fact is with this type of business you are asking people to come and spend money and you may win something. now in most arcades you will only see 92%RTP on all B3 that leaves a arcade with 8%. why not go in at a very high RTP% say the 96% it use to be on the S16 on £1 ago. that way arcade gets 4% but once people see the odds over time you will have more customers walking though the arcades which means that 4% will be bigger as more people will be happy playing the higher odds. if u can get a B3 machine being use 2-5 hours per day that will give you a higher return at the end of the year? thats the way i would run my arcade if i ever gets the money. people will come back again if they keep winning. relaying on a few hardcore customers is a bigger gamble then just pushing up the RTP% in my view.
