Lock n load red gaming fault

I have a fruit machine called lock n load red devils by red gaming, GM fruits. I used to play it in demo mode for free by leaving the bottom door of the machine open. However now even if the door is closed as normal the machine displays the code OPT 100p ALM 01 does anyone know what this means and how to rectify it?

Hopper fault, try taking it out and see if anything is stuck in it.

see if there is anything jammed in the hopper, if there isnt, take the shroud off the hopper, unscrew the 2 screws where the coins come out and you are left with 2 clear bits of plastic, take them out and you are left with a black piece of plastic with a clear bit inside take them off get a cloth clean the 3 optos and refit everything,

also check the connector plug on the underside of the hopper,
