reset problem

hi guys i just got another machine not had one for a while here is me prob been playing it and won pressed collect and not enough money in the tubes so it saying call attendant the refill switch dont work how can i reset this machine thanks

put money in it to let it pay out the amount owed,

if all else fails short the battery with it turned off and that will totally reset the machine
