Firstly let’s think about how these games work. There’s a chip inside that randomly produces about a thousand numbers per second, (each number refers to a certain combination of symbols on the real, screen, etcetera, etcetera....). The number that is present at the exact millisecond when the button is pushed or lever is pulled is the number that is picked to give the outcome, (interestingly when the reels start spinning the outcome has already been decided)

The key word here is random which means “Lack of predictability, without any systematic pattern” i.e. the numbers can’t be predicted.

So when someone says they can beat these machines, they’ve said

A. "I can see into the future."
B. "I have super human reactions."

By all means contest this but please post PROOF of how these machines can be beaten not some statement of assurance. For example I can say “the loch Ness monster exists” but that statement doesn’t prove the existence of the loch Ness monster, so post some proof.

The “you’re not going to win” refers to the long run, I’ve got no doubt that people can defy the odds and win individual sessions and it didn’t include accumulative jackpot machines, that would be like saying no one will win the lottery, the odd are greatly stacked against an individual player but sooner or later someone will win it.

Fruit machines can be beat, fact, not the sort of thing you wanna advertise, but these days many people know how to do it, you think it can't be done, but i know it can, the last few days i've been playing a machine, everytime i got on the board it would say go all the way? Luck you reckon? And wheres the proof? Lined up in £10's on my window sill. A few on here will know the trick (now finished) but i for one have made a very tidy sum.
