i dont see how these so called random machines have 90% payouts ive put thousands in these things sometimes ive put 300+ in a rainbow riches without gettin a set of guys, they are a joke would sum1 plz try and explain........................
I'm not sure about how exactly these arcade machines work, but online slots are random & have definitive payout percentages.
For example, myself & several other people have plotted out the reel layouts of some of Microgaming's most popular slots. By entering these layouts into a 'simulator' program you can work out all the possible combinations of reel stops, add up all the possibly wins & work out the exact return of the slot.
e.g. Microgaming's Thunderstruck has a return of 95.05%
Another example is a roulette wheel - this is totally random and yet it has an exact HA of 2.7027% (Euro single-zero, non partage).
Like I said, I'm not sure about the £500 arcade games, but I see no reason why they can not be 100% random & have a fixed return % just like any other casino game.
