    Default Rainbow Riches on FOBT's

    Morning,

I know that RR have been on William Hills and Corals FOBT's for sometime now, with the win streaks as the 3 pots in the centre 3 reels but ive just noticed yesterday that Ladbrokes have a version on their FOTB's similar to the ones in arcades and bingo halls with the actual pots of gold in the 3 centre reels. The value of these pots are shown in the screen above.

They are progressive pots but im just wondering how these would work as i thought all the FOBT's are linked together throughout the country!

    Any suggestions?

Not sure about the cabinet you are talking about but if you go into any ladbrokes you'll see what I mean, the FOBT's they use.

Rainbow Riches is one of the slot games with the progressive pots, Bronze, Silver and Gold.

Played yesterday lunchtime, £110 in, got 3 leprechauns for £30 and that was it. Gold Pot was at £340, Silver £220 and Bronze £101!

It's not a FOBT. Badders is right it's the new 777 cabinet from barcrest.

Ahhh right, I just presumed it was a FOBT with some barcrest software on it because it still had the roulette games?

Right, been playing this quite regularly in my local Labrokes and cant believe the difference in gameplay between the versions in William Hill and Corals.

Ive actually spent £100 in a session (im trying to force a progressive pot) in Ladbrokes and never had the leprechauns or wells, wins have small but the pots are still very large! The Win Streaks come round quite regularly in the Corals version although wins are small at least the gamplay is better.

Whats everyone else views on the different versions?

    Cheers

I have punted both versions before and I personally prefer the Ladbrokes version. Those win spins symbols dropping in on the 3 middle reels mentally sets you up for a big win, then you get something crap like £14. At least the Laddies version gives you a substantial pot if you get it. I mean wtf...when I first got the win spins it took a fair bit of cash and then I got like £20. Not worth pissing on.
To be honest, I preferred the £2 spin options - the wins interested me much more, substantial random £100's + off the reels and features generally played much better.
I only play these now when I fancy a loopy stab at them, but they don't offer enough of anything to keep me going back, even after an all too rare big win. Never had a £500 off them.

Thought it was only golden charms with the win streaks?

Last time I played £20 in had win streaks come in twice £114 first time £70 odd the second was ace really.
