I have a problem please help!

I have got a club twister when you turn it on it says E49, in the book it says its a stakes and prize error :S . Can anyone tell me what they think it might be, i have tryed almost everythink in the book and still no luck.

Has it always done that or is it a recent problem? Usually happens when the stake/ prize key is set outside the parameters of the machines eprom program.
Or the key could possibly just be loose in it's connector...
