i just brought this just to have as a feature in my house but seems like its more complicated than it looks every time i put money in it just goes into the buckets underneath and how can i test if the hopper works im just so clueless can some one please help???

also i do not have the refill key is this a big thing or do i not need it? and if so where can i get one?

Where did you buy it from? Licenced seller? If you didnt the payout and coin mechinism could be disconnected.

make sure all the doors are shut and locked otherwise the hopper will not activate and coins will drop through without registering.

no its was not a lisenced seller and all doors are locked could it be because i have not got the refill key?

Na, refill key is nothing to do with it.

open up the cabinet and have a look for the cables coming from the hopper and coin mech, make sure they are plugged in.

ok i manage to fiddle the hopper by reseting it and touching the two wires together on the lock where the refill keys goes, but it loads the hopper but it only takes 7 pound in the hopper then money falls into the bucket do you know how i could stop this, i tryed reseting it again but the same thing happens?
