what would you do...?

hi,just thought id share my not so pleasent experience on carribean cash the other day when what i thought seemed like an easy 50-60 quid turned into a bit of a nightmare.on checkin the hopper it read only 8 short so having a float of about 70quid on me i thought happy days and was even more pleased to see sss come up after £2 in off the 1st bonus i hit....now comes that moment where you look back and think i wish id have taken that coz after knockin it back confident that mega streak would be not far off and that the sss would come back(i know it works on this particular machine having done it loads before)the machine ate and ate and ate some more without offering the mega...and having wittled me down to my last tenner i had little chopice but to take a couple of super streaks b4 the machine went dead..so the question is who out there would just take a sss after only 2quid in and be happy with that or would most of you done the same as me...?

I'd take SSS everytime. If it was gagging It could of gone big anyway. Especially as you only had £70 on you.

70 isn't much of a float if it goes wrong, like it did!!

3 Glaring Errors there. (aside from even going on the shitty m/c)

1. Assuming the SSS was a anatural one, and not a random one, then you'd have been right in the poop.
2. On your last 10er, try for a another bonus, should have been a SSS you'd have walked with 35 at least that way.
3. You cannot safely take on a £35 with £70, especially when your all out forcing for IM, Ive had them cost £190 from offering SSS, word of warning.

Hindsight makes it easy to say, but you should ask yourself when in this position, how much profit can I make compared to what I can take now?

Off £2, SSS is going to give you £35 at least so I'd definetely just take the £35 there and then and be happy with it. As Gamboz said, if it was really ready to go, maybe you'd get more anyway.

I say this because of experiences you have just mentioned. Offered a really good board then play on for mega streak, which ends up costing £70 only for it to kill the machine. All that when you could have just taken an SSS for £2

The SSS doesn't come back all the time and even if it did, you get the mega streak say after £40 in and then get an SSS for £35, that's only £30 profit anyway so it makes sense to take the £35 when it was first offered.

agreed!!! but i'll argue for both sides, who is greedy????????? that why you carried on for both pots???????????? so hense the greed got the better of you????????????? simple quick explination!!!! i'd have taken SSS for M/S for a couple of quid, 15 pints where i live!!!!!!
