New old s16's

Also on a completely different topic, the new £1 a spin 'old' s16's, these where all over my local arcade around 15-20 of them with punters round them like flies round s$%t. Now there only allowed four and no one at all was on them. Surely this will be bad for their business and could lead to the %'s on the awps being tightened. I already know of one town where two arcades have become one in the last few weeks due to the then imminent regulation changes. Anyone played these new machines yet how did you get on. Is the gameplay any better ? and do they still have the pots ?

An arcade near me had 8 £500 jackpot machines and now they have taken them all away and put all there awp machines to 70%. i wont be going in there again. yes the machines still have pots when you get a pot an amount is written on the pot bronze is £50 to £100, silver is £150 to £300 and gold is always £500. i think. SO you wont get any odd amounts like £362.87p. it Will be £200 or £300.

Visited eleven different arcades today, yes eleven, all had the maximum of four £500 machines at £1 a pop. I didn't see ANYONE play a single credit on any of them, everyone seems a bit wary of them. Did spot one of those b'£%")d haunted houses that hadn't been converted yet still able to be played at a tenner a spin (so the attendent informed me - we haven't got round to that one yet).

I think some updates have taken longer to be distributed then others. I dont think I have seen a monkey business with the new program yet?

i think they will lose a lot money because of change people like knowing what the pots are and they take that away there too wary and to be honest it will stop alot of big players playing the £500 machines

i have been in the arcades in the past 2 weeks and the £500 jackpots don't get played half as much as they used to. i have played on them and they don't play very well anymore. i know they are random but you can lose money quicker now on £1 a play than you could of on £2 a play??? wont go near them again. i expect they will have to re-chip them and change there game play as they are not making as much money anymore.
