As you are all probaly well aware as of the 1st september the laws concerning section 16 gaming machines are to be changed. A maximum stake of £1.00 a spin and a limit of i believe four £500 jp machines per establishment. An influx of section 16's being converted to 50p/£35jp and 10p/£5jp is sure to occour. What are everyones opinions on these imminent changes ?

Am I right to assume that there will be changes to the gameplay of £35/£25 machines as well, and they have a legacy of 18 months or something? I admit I am not well versed in this new legislation and clarification of its meanings would be good.

So there will be no more spins of over a pound. Theres a machine in the club with a £2000 JP if you play £2 a spin. Never seen or heard it hit though over a good year and a half

its a fucking nightmare you cant run B3 kits before the 1st of sept, and you cant run s16s after meaning, all machines need converting after midnight and before opening unless your gonna have machines sitting out of order untill they can be changed.

the kits to turn them to cat C (£35) will be shit and i cant see them taking money, so were removing all from sites, so got to find space to store the 30ish machines that were not converting.
