Hello y'all,

Nice to meet you, let me introduce. I must admit I am a slot addict with Huuuge experience but not that huge list of successes. I consider myself intelligent but I am near the end of my nerves with my gambling. Let me just say that I just had a horrible bad streak that I am sure influenced my health and my thinking. I may say that I am never be the same again. I am 30-some years old and let me finish this first part by suggesting all you younger folks to stay out from the slots or at least practice your discipline before you first sit in front of it. Let me just mention that I had nights when I lost thousands of euros and overall my current losses would cover a purchase of a small apartment in the town that I live now (a capital city of my country). Those were the money I earned. And I am a great earner but last few months I had a worst bad streak in my life.
Anyway. I am angry. Big time. I played online, I played troughout europe, but I never had such a bad streak like in this casino. I am very very suspicious about the way that machines are set up. Furthermore I checked with some of people who work there and who I know very well - the machines are almost never controlled by any comission. Another thing - I got to see the balances. Last 2 weeks I played on a machine that has almost 90.000 euros positive balance. Let me just say that I've put another 10k without seeing it paying more than 1k euros. I saw that before but I don't have any more nerves. It's a NOVOMATIC GAMINATOR machine and I mostly play these. Ok another thing - I can get almost full access to this machine - see it's balances, percentage etc. Nothing suspicious there but it's not paying out. I am almost at the point where I'll break the machine at one point. There are a dozen casinos by the same owner in my town all having a same progressive bonus that just hit 30k euros. Anybody who knows a way around NOVOMATIC GAMINATOR, software, flaws, cheats etc - I am here. I still think that there's something smarter that can be done to the owner than breaking his machines.

I would suggest you learn from your losses and dont play this machine, its as simple as that.

Im thinking from your post that it about revenge on the casino rather than the actual fun/entertainment value of playing this and other machines.

Yeah, granted that most of us on here are playing to make a tidy profit of some sort but that money that you are playing with is borderline bankruptcy for the common punter (i.e myself) on this site.

Your story reminds me of myself - only mine was with much smaller amounts. I was terribly addicted to fruit machines in my teens, twenties & early thirties. Over that long period I know I wasted £10,000's - in fact more in total than I paid for my 3-bed semi in 1987!

When I first went online in January 2001 the trend continued, only worse. A credit card with high limit mixed with casino's in my own home 24/7...
Totally fed up with losing I developed a plan to 'get my revenge' if you like, on the casinos. I became a bonus hunter and have never looked back! It's a slow process - I nibble a bit of cash here, a bit of cash there, but now I profit from them year on year rather than the other way around!
What I do is not unique and no secret - all it needs is quite a bit of will power & a strong desire to not lose. (And I do mean not lose as opposed to win - that's very important)

Thanks on your reply guys and very nice to meet you. Yes, during the last few months I really got a bit lost in hunting for a win. I am a good earner and have some stable private business. To cut a long story short this year losses hurt me a lot. To be honest much more on a physical level. To put it this way - I am really not used to loose. I think a lot and always try to find a way out, solve things and eventually turn in to my benefit. But this is not a case with my gambling. I never managed to do that.

One more thing in this post. I never had so much bad luck as in this casino. I mean I played online - big time and eventually I always ended fine. I am experienced enough not to call a loss of $500 after being down 4-5k a loss. So I never bitched about that. Never wanted any revenge. Also I played troughout europe - always got what I expected - sometime I lost sometime I won and that was fine. But this is different. As if I was being watched - not impossible. But scammed definitely. I think these guys tweak machines somehow. I saw this guy lost 15k euros in one night. Few hours to be precise. Now if we talk about some serious no limit game that's not a problem but slots? Naaah. Furthermore he never got more than 800-1000 euros in one turn.
I saw people talking about flaws and tricks. software not being updated on certain machines. I mean - there's gotta be a way. I am willing to try something of that - with my money.

Without seeing the machine in question, I can only assume it runs from an RNG (Random Number Generator). It is possible to NEVER WIN if this is the case. In Roulette, people seem to think that if a number has not 'hit' for some time that it is 'due'. This is NOT the case. Randomness can mean that a number may not show up for years! I accept that though mean and standard deviation checks it can be proven if casinos cheat, hovever it is possible, however unlikely, that a coin can spin, say, heads, a hundred times in a row. From my understanding, machines that use an RNG, but are percentage based tend to favour certain outcomes at certain times, but an RNG is just that, random (allowing for determinism due to computer limitations!)

Exactly. Furthermore most of today's machines have several RNG's that are synchronized together making it even tougher to win. That's no news for me - I've spent a lot of time reading about the technology itself. It's that thrill when you see a huge amount on the machine that made me spend a small fortune on slots. My largest wins happened twice - roughly the same amount I had arround 8k euros each time. And on a separate machines (not that gaminator machine). However each time I calculated that was more less the amount that I've put into machine just over some period of time. Like if I emptied the bottle I previously filled just after some time. That's something I could live with. Ok I am realistic. I don't blame anybody but myself. I acted foolish, had a lot of emotions involved. And it's a huge experience. It's all about becoming stronger and learning from your mistakes.
On the other hand at this point I am feeling pretty bad. I want to make sure everyone who's into slots get the idea about the feeling I am in now. Although I am pretty positive person, optimistic and happy, and as much as I realize that I am not even close to broke at this point I feel tired. Tired from being unsuccessfull on this field. That's something that took me o even greater loss so far and I need to be very careful at this point. As one of the guys who work in the casino said - You're becoming richer every time you walk by the casino and not come in. Actually he has a point there. But I am pretty sure and determined to somehow turn this situation to my advantage. Not saying that I am going to win a jackpot or something (that would be easy) but I mean win in terms of how I feel. I simply don't feel like not doing anything and just quitting is the right thing to do. However just continuing to put more money in that machine simply as I did few days ago is also not the right thing to do. I want to take this to another level and regain control again. How? I am not sure - maybe I am just waiting for a NOVOMATIC tech to break it to me and tell me about the machine backdoor or something. Maybe I am going to stop with slots and turn to poker. I think we do have the gaminator type machines here. They are touch screnn and have multiple games on them. Joker Wild, Red Hot, Ultra Hot, Sizzling Hot and Bingo. Though they can vary and some have less/more games.

From the looks on the web though Novomatic Gaminator has completley different games on it like our S16's 3X5 reels? so it could well have an RNG

are these machines in the same format as beetlemania , party animal style machine which are the 1st generation of 2k ukp machines in the this country, . these are very unpredictable, someone could put 1k into one of these then you could put another and get absolutely f*=k all. i think these play very random, you could put 20quid and play about for hours, i think that how they make up the % . also there is a switch setting on these whereby u can set them up to pay a jp or not, or smalll wins

I have been reading your thread very interested in hoping that someone would come up with an idea or something but it seams everyone here is not really familiar with the novomatic gaminator.
I am from an eastern european country as well, and for 1 year i have been playing novomatic games, Dolphin's Pearl, Lucky Lady's Charm, The money game etc. Needless to say i have been loosing constantly.
I also have a few questions about the gaminators, but i will post'em later.

I have been thinking of a strategy, it is really complicated but i think it might work.
1. First strategy:Lets take for example Lucky Lady's Charm:
9 Lines 5 reels, every symbol is notated twice on each reel. It is very obvious that the only way to win at this game is to KNOW when the free games would occur. The machine is run by an RNG but the free games are not as random as a number on the rullete as the guy above was mentioning, the machine is programmed to give 3 (or more)scatters at a certain time, long period or short period it depends.
Now hypotetically, I am thinking that if when I start to play a machine i copy into a laptop the symbols that are displayed on the screen and make a small program such as a generator i will possibilly get an idea when the combination of 3 scatters would be generated on the screen so i play on 1/1 1 line 1 bet
, count the number of approximate hands untill the free games my program generated and for instance if its 150 hands untill the free games i play the last 20 hands on maximum bet 100/100.
2. Strategy
Take a video camera, a small hidden one like a glass cam or whatever and film the whole game play on lowest bet possible for 1,2 weeks and everytime the machine hits 3 scatters copy the possition of the reels before that spin and theoritically if u can memorize 2 or 3 combinations u will eventually recoqnize a possible free game before it hits and play maxbet just before.

I see people in the casinos where i play, that when they receive the free games, they start hiting like crazy all the buttons and sweating for 3 more scatters and when the machine gives only 2 they shout "OH MY GOD IF WAS JUST A LITTLE BIT FASTER"....just pathetic...but a slot machine can bring u to this level of madness....i broke a window in casino with a beer bottle because i played a machine for 4 hours and didnt get any free games...special games or whatever u want to call them..

I dont think this will work
1.) you dont just make a program on your laptop. you dont know the coding of the machine so you will not be able to produce the same outcomes. Just making a generator will not help.

2.) This has been speculated on certain S16 games. Playing at a lower bet untill you think the reels will display something worth while. Utter crap because the outcome would have been different if you were playing at a different bet so where is the strategy in that. People that play s16 machines at 10p a play and get a full window of sevens then say if only i was playing at £2 a spin. Again total nonsense it would not have given you a full window of sevens.

Sorry for shooting down your ideas but they simple wont work. If you could calculate when the scatters will appear then we would all be rich
