Had something to do with the pot symbols appearing on reels 1 to 5 and not just 2 to 4. Then something else to do with the menu button basically a backdoor into test mode.

As you can tell from my description I dont really know but this is what i have heard. You probably wont find many machines that still have the pot symbols on reel 1 and 5 though

i have heard of this. the pots you are talking about did not appear in the game, but on the help screen. this determined which version RR was on. There was something on this, a while back, but dont know details

it was ages ago, they will have all been chipped now, if when you looked at the win guides and the pots were on reels 1&5 it was the version that had the backdoor. most if them will only have them on 2&4 i think

I got five cards on Cashino the other week and thought I was on for at least £200 but got £100 instead it showed £280 as the highest value but we all know that is irelevent
