    Default Mazooma Golden "Gobler"

Ok hi ppl im a newbie and have been reading the posts about the above machine (Golden Game) for a few days now and would just like to say that whoever thinks that the free wins on these machine doe's not make a difference to play is talking absolute marmite.
If you have a machine backing and the £25 jackpot drops in then it clearly sets the machine back as i have played these a lot in the past and noticed everytime i get a £25 so called "free win" then it takes a lot of cash to get the vital whistle.
These machines are far to unpredictable and you could take say a £120 streak and then it goe's dead for like £15 and you leave it thinking its all over then along comes a £1 collecting bingo basher and sticks a quid in then wahey another £50 straight away just when you thought it was over.
So the next time you get a streak and you decide to stay on it when it really has finished and all your lucky hard pressing earnings go back into the machine and you think to yourself.....Why didnt i Go when i was up.
Well thats was my experience on these coin thirsty machine's by mazooma and the thing that makes them so addictive i think is that when you get a really big streak and the feeling you get inside is good and you wanna get it again and again but in reality it just dont happen so thats why i dont play them anymore and have moved onto 2p pushers

My my, a bold move on your first post to tell people they are talking crap, but you are entitled to your opinion. I disagree. The bars pot is separate from the whistle pot, and considering the big golden games off a whistle come after anything up to £500 rotation then it's odds on that you aren't going to get a whistle soon after three bars drop in.
I would never say it clearly sets the machine back. If it did, my experience of these would be to be far more wary of getting the top board after bars, and I never feel like that.

hmmm I'm still fence sitting on this one. Combination of playing in the Wild and hammering the EMU I've still got no conclusive evidence that this so called 'streak' exists. Yes, if you play the GG method you will get a run of around £100 - £160 but, as I've often found out, you could put in anything up to this amount to get the streak running. Alternativly you might be given this payout just by playing normally. 'Backing' is no way an indication of potential payout as the machine could have just been filled by the arcade. I've even had the 'streak' with no backing, or FH's, and left the machine IOUing £60+?
Refill keys don't work on a MAzooma so its all still a bit pot luck

I've decided, for now, to stop playing them in the Wild as I've had a couple of nasty money munch sessions recently and, if you've seen my other threads on fruit chat, I've found one near me that 're-sets' itself if you start forcing.

I'll continue to hammer the EMU with various combinations and see what comes out of it.

The ebay video is bollox. In all my attempts at this method I've never had the streak go for as little as £37 as the dude says.
Maybe years back when nobody new of this play method and these machines were sooooo % wrecked but not these days when everyone taps the machines to see how buzzed they are.

I repeat, this is not an emptier, its just a play method designed to correct the % that it would normally pay if you played it correctly. These days you can put up to £200 to buzz the machine and you'll only get around the same amount back out. You might be lucky to make another £30, missed by a munter before you, but it'll probably take you a couple of hours so thats an hourly rate of £15/hour + stinking hands, a headache and smelling like an ashtray. is it really worth it?

Me thinks in hindsight it'd be more proffitable spending the time creating a quick video on the phone and selling it on ebay????

Think you hit the nail on the head with that and i agree with you by saying everyone taps these machine's up and knows the method as i read the blokes feedback on e-bay who sells the video and there is a hell of a lot of people who have bought it from him!
