    Default Red Gaming - SLIDER

This has just been put into one of my local pubs. Haven't played for ages but was with a 'gambling' mate so put a few quid in.

It was backing from the off and was playing pretty well.

I'm not that good with Reds so wasn't really confident forcing it. 2nd board went to WIN SERIES on red, we collected it for a £10. We probably would have got Big Money anytime soon but we figured if it was ready to streak, we can do it building the bank.

So we decided to collect any red features, we took Find The Pea, which gave us another £20 (confirming it probably was ready to pay out big had we forced a bit more!!).

Couple of boards more and I fucked up on a feature entry were the nudges went right to the max available! Anyway, ended up with another £7 win plus a few more decentish boards.

So we'd put about £15 in for a total of £43 out which we collected.

Here's the point, we put the spare £1 coin in and it was still backing!! I thought that couldn't possibly be right so put another £2 in, both of which fell to the cash box!

So basically, watch out for a Red machine called Slider, as it clearly tries to trick the player into thinking the machine is full even though it was a good £43 short of being full....

On a side note, with these red machines, what would have been my better play considering it was actually playing very well? Just simply kept forcing till 'Big Money' landed?

    Cheers

Yes, common fake backing for Reds, in fact it's rare to find a 'true' backing one.
Nice find though, Slider has been one I haven't seen much at all, alongside Snailblazer.

Just taken a peek on the site and to be honest i've never played it so can't really give advice, but it looks a little like arcadia/hi impact (old school jpm's)

    Fair enough Zorro

To be honest, I actually enjoyed playing it, which is very rare for a Red machine! The 'slide' feature is quite cool and can throw you up the board pretty nicely.

Although I probably only think it was good because it was in a happy mood...

    Simple...

If it's virtually full, hasn't just been refilled and is showing plenty of red features (at least 1/2 red) force for the top.

You won't go wrong if you stick to this.

P.S The ones with note changers don't false back, or is it the other way around?
