    Hi guys,

Found 3 machines i like the look of and going to buy one of them for use at home. ATLANTIC, SHARK RAVIN MAD and JACKPOT GENIE which would you say is the best out of these. ive seen a few bad reports on here about GENIE but i must say l do like the look of it out of all 3. Ive never played on these and its just going to a bit of fun to play on at home so would really like some guidence on them plaese. as i know nothing about them.

    Many thanks

Can't really remember what Atlantic is (is it a vivid?), Shark Raving Mad is pretty fun to play, and Jackpot Genie is pretty cool too.

It all depends what your looking for in a machine - Playability, or nice artwork/sounds etc...

    BTW Welcome to the forums

I've seen the SRM on ebay for a 'buy it now' price of £235, plus £65 delivery.

Very tempted to buy this one, used to love playing it and haven't seen one for a while now. I'd defo say it is the pick of that bunch.

Do these machines usually go wrong or can i buy with confidence? i can get it for £310 on ebay but £440 through another company

No idea how often they go wrong as I've never owned a machine.

Playwise Shark Raving Mad is really fun as there is quite a lot of skill involved while playing, you might want to have a look at the Vamp it Up emulation thats floating about on fruit forums as it plays nigh on identical to this.

Longterm Shark is probably going to be the best one going and also it looks nice and has some good sounds too.

Can't remember if I've ever heard the sounds on Jackpot Genie before but Red Gaming usually have some of the best sound around, although most of the playability on this is just your standard highs n lows, with not a lot else involved.

If it was me buying then I'd take Shark hands down

Yeah SRM has the classic feature trails etc and I liked playing them when they were around. I think I might put a bid in for one next time they're on ebay!

I could quite happily walk away down from SRM and not be the slightest bit bothered as I had fun whlie playing it, been battering VIU on the emu lately.
