dunno which run as you say, but the 3 horse shoes for bonus, 6 nudges set up for jackpot emptier! used to make between £1,500 and £2,000 per week in my spare time, it just WAS NOT POSSIBLE to lose if you knew the set up. shame it didnt work on teh hi-jinx and other clones but hey, memories huh. i remember one time i went into a play to win arcade in chinatowwn london with a quid before i went to the cash point just to reserve the game and started a £300 p-2-w central london route! it werent all good tho, i got barred from every pub between goodge street tube station and the strand that had it in with in 3 months. dunno why, but it took barcrest an eternity to re-chip them all. why cant it be like that now huh?

oh, and the reason gambling aint gonna be much fun in the future (i guess you all already knew this but fuck it, it gives me more posts) from the barcrestgroup website:

Barcrest Group is part of International Game Technology (IGT). IGT is a world leader in the design, development and manufacture of microprocessor-based gaming products and software systems, with operations in over 100 countries worldwide.

Barcrest Group provides state-of-the-art manufacturing and support facilities for all its design centres from its headquarters in Ashton-under-Lyne.

Barcrest Games, with design centres at Ashton-under-Lyne and the Netherlands has an established reputation for designing high quality, successful and popular amusement machines for UK and International markets.

As an independent source of design innovation, Vivid Gaming, based in Birmingham, creates distinctive new games for markets throughout the UK and Europe.

Another independent design company within the Group, Red Gaming in Birmingham creates fresh and exciting new games that provide additional choice and a point of difference for customers.

Maygay, acquired by Barcrest Group in 2004, has a dedicated design team based at Ashton-under-Lyne and exhibited its first product under the Barcrest Group umbrella at ATEI 2005 in London.

Alongside Maygay, Extreme Gaming, based in Birmingham, became a part of the Barcrest Group family of brands in 2004 and will offer products with a unique style of play to offer further choice to the industry.

Impulse Gaming was the third brand to join Barcrest Group in 2004. With its own design team in Birmingham, Impulse will bring further variation into the market.

How far can you really go on slots now.. everything about them to the casual player is self explanatory and with the massive rise of FOBT, poker, online gaming etc I doubt many people care so much for £1 in and £3 out as a great achievement anymore.

Look at the bookies.. I dont have ANY here in Leicester with a fruity now that I know of.. its all FOBT's.

The change to £35 was a waste of time as its still chump change in comparision to prizes in other games.

I cant see them lasting much longer to be honest.. can see them being even more so replaced with PC based games like the old WWTBAM/Spot the difference etc type machines..

Of course as a so called 'pro' player there have been some decent times this year but I dont see why youd want to play them over machines that offer better prizes at better odds.
Why has it come to this?

cant find any info on the net about mpu 6 but i beleive it is coming, cos of the emu.

scorp 6 wont be far behind either , i would of thought.

ive seen two triple 7 machines, but they both had mpu5.

Plenty of "scams" out there. Just not so forumey anymore. Forums try to knacker "real" players livlehoods (ie. reduce our income when young people think its clever to post methods to all and sundry.)
